If there is an defect of Quality on one of our products, we will handle this immediately and free of costs by
an professional repairing, or replace the article.
 
Our aim is to handle complaints as quickly as possible, there are two possibilities:
First possibility: Gave the product to your artistic specialized dealer, he will go on with it immediately.
Second possibility: Please gave us, if possible by e Mail, the following information:
1.) Which Item is it?
2.) From which year is the article, or send us an photo by e Mail.
3.) Pla add to every claim a copy of the original sales receipt
4.) Decribe the defect, or send us an digital photo if possible.
 
After that we will prompt evaluate the damage and decide, if the product must be sended in for furthermore checkup, till then, please wait for our news
 
If we ask you for a return delivery, then keep in mind the following:
1.) the product must arrive here clean and dry, otherwise we cannot workout your process 
2.) Mark the place of defect on the product and enclose a description of the problem.
3.) send us back the return free of charge, otherwise we could not accept the parcel.
